“For once, instead of a typical brewery I am in a proper restaurant; the surrounding (a Kloster in the Schwarzwald) are mostly beautiful; the building itself, old and strong, is also beautiful, the interior is a bit sad-old; at least the menu is complete, with fish and game meat, not the traditional brauhaus grub; the deer and spätzle I had was very tasty. Only two beers available, none of which memorable.“
