“Small place, looks just like a regular house. Lots of beers with different styles on tap. Samplers poured in 1-4 oz pours based on how strong they are ... example, you only get 1oz of the barleywine if the 4 beer flight. I found the beers to just be blah and a bit average.“

“Ambiance is just alright, it feels casual, but the prices don't line up to the casual feel. Service is mediocre in my recent visits.

Beer selection varies, but there's usually a few good beers on tap, it's usually worth checking. The prices are just a bit higher than average though and I'm

Food is on the pricier side for a casual aesthetic, but I had a pretty darn good duck sandwich. It's tough to judge because I've only eaten here once, but that was damn good.

Overall this place is one I won't be coming to ever again. Not because of anything with the prices, draft list, or food. My issue is that we came here for my birthday to drink and eat. My girlfriend and I took an Uber and planned to drink about 4-5 beers each. We had a beer before dinner, and a beer after dinner, and when I went to order another I was told that was going to be my last one because of liability concerns. Mind you we were eating and having quiet conversation, not even buzzed. I explained to the waitress that we had taken an Uber there and we could show her the receipt on the phone. They said no, so we finished our food, finished our beers, and left to go to Jay's Elbow room for a dynamite taplist.

I've worked in the service industry and I understand liability issues. I also understand that we weren't showing any signs of the alcohol inebriation, we had food, were drinking water, and were drinking at a reasonable rate. We took every precaution to avoiding getting drunk, and had proof of not driving there.“

“Small place. Basically house converted into a brewery. Very nice though and a very chill homely atmosphere. Service was fast and server was very friendly. Decent selection of beers on tap. All were average or better. Would definitely return in the future.“

“Looks like someone’s house. Meter parking in nearby lot. 17 beers on tap. Flights of four for $5. Solid value.“

“Very unique place. A house-turned brewery with close to 20 lines of small batch offerings. The brewer and his wife, who were working the bar during our visit, are super friendly. They do flights which is nice, with the ordering process seeming to be loosely complying with archaic state liquor laws. Lots of variety of styles brewed, with most of them being okay.“

“Very small brewery that recently opened in SW NJ near Cherry Hill. It’s located downtown in an old cape cod style house. This is basically nano brewing...1 to 1 1/2 bbl although there were 11 beers on tap when I visited (plus 3 sodas). The beers varied from quite good down to average...none were bad and none really stood out as exceptional...but given time I think they will only get better. The husband and wife that own the brewery are very personable and nice conversationalists. You could probably describe this place as "cute" being in a little house (cottage almost) with flowers outside...and in the owner’s own words...like being in his living room. Definitely a place to checkout when visiting the multitude of breweries popping up on the Jersey side of Philly. Check the hours on Facebook or call before going as their hours vary and don’t seem to be set yet.“

“This is my absolute favorite bar. Honestly, this bar is how I landed in this quaint, little town. The beer list is second to none, the owner and his staff have become friends, and the menu does an excellent job of sprucing up the typical gastro-pub offerings. If you’re in the area and looking for a relaxing place to enjoy a beer, this is it. Hands down: this is the best bar in South Jersey.“

“One of the best experiences I have had on a first time visit to a bar. The owner (who was running the bar for lunch) spent much of our visit taking to us about various beers and brewers. Had the lunch special which was a homemade buffalo chicken burger that was generously tossed with either hot or mild sauce and severed with blue cheese dressing, fries, a pickle, and coleslaw for $10. The burger was made from ground chicken and seasonings that came together to create a wonderful sandwich. As for beer they had nearly 40 taps running with some fine choices from Founders, Avery, and Lost Abbey to name a few brewers at very reasonable prices. Simple atmosphere with a calming and quiet feel even though we were among 7 other groups. Even though it was a solid 1hr and 20 minute drive, I make the trip again.“

“Very nice beer line up, great food, and great service. This place is a keeper for sure. Great example of a pioneer in the realm of craft beer bars.“

“Went with Uncle Bob Sac. What a fantastic tap list and the bottle list was quite nice as well. The food was average, nothing amazing, but the service and beer were phenomenal.“

“Great beer selection. From rare to unusual beers food was exceptional. A bit loud at most times. Staff friendly and fast despite the crowd.“

“Beer Selection is one of the best, excellent choices of micro brews and imports on draught. Taps are always changing and new options are often available. Management is a bit cranky, but the wait staff is young and energetic.“

“Great tap list with a nice mix of styles and brewers, the menu had a decent mix of sandwiches and entree’s. The prices were reasonable $8 for an 8 ounce pour of Firestone Walker 14 and 15.... Clean establishment, plenty of TV’s around the bar, lots of room around the bar and seating .... Went for a saturday lunch .... I’d like to agree with the other reviews but my server was not very into my visit asked me once if everything was good and instead was very friendly to a regular asking him several times if he was ok meanwhile my glass sat empty ... The owner (slim foreign male) finally asked what I wanted, but was unfriendly, very short when I tried to small talk with him, but talked to a regular for quite awhile ... for a first timer it was a huge turnoff .... other than that I give the place high marks and will go again to see if the attitudes change“

“Wonderful place. Many many interesting beers on tap from the US and abroad. This place can compete with any in Philadelphia and you never have to jostle for a table, angle for attention from the bartender, or even struggle to park. If you live in Philly and like beer this place is absolutely worth the trip over the bridge.“

“This has very quickly become my favorite beer bar...anywhere. I was excited when Iron Hill opened in Cherry Hill, then I went, had a few beers and food, and found that it was very expensive and all the beer tasted like it had dirt in it. I was more excited when we found the Pour House in Haddonfield, then found it was just as expensive as Iron Hill, but with better beers. We’ve been here three times in the last week, and already are friendly with the owner, who is a great guy. They have two dozen great beers on tap, and for good prices! Where else can you find an 8% pumpkin ale for less than $5? They’re constantly putting new beers into rotation, and reserve a few taps for seasonal favorites. Definitely recommended highly!“

“Loved this place when it was a fine dining called the Collins House: best filet mignon in the area! Food is still good, although more of a casual menu; lots to choose from! Love all the tap beer selections...they’re always changing things up to try new craft beers, but you will always be able to find an old favorite, too. Friendly, knowledgable bartenders!“

“An actual craft brew oasis in the barren, Budweisered South Jersey region. There are 24 craft brews on tap served in the proper glass (often supplied by the brewers.) A rotating menu of beers (right now North Coast’s Old Rasputin is my favorite.) The food is above-average, as this establishment is owned by a restaurateur who converted the place into a beer mecca. I no longer have to head to Philly for great drafts ;-)“
