They have all the Montebello beers, as well as few others from Brasseurs du monde and from the Laurentides. A life saver for me who wanted to experienced this craft brewer at home. I was able to get 11 of their beers. A great start.
They also have local products such as chocolate (big surprise), coffee, pastries, etc.“ |

Usually, plenty of parking on the street, unless you are going at rockfest. No food a part from some little snacks. About 10 of their beers, plus guest taps, with solid ones. The flight is 15$ for 5 5 once glass and peanuts. Friendly service. The beers are OK but not the best, compared to other Quebec breweries.“ |

| 66 /100 485, RUE NOTRE DAME “What a difference a few months make. The Chocobello is a hearty addition to the La Reine du Mont Vinoy and Le Fantome d’Ezilda. All three exhibit unique characteristics, long on top quality ingredients, well balanced flavours. Mont Vinoy served Black and Tan with Dieu de Ciel Aphrodisiac makes a remarkable cascade of settling foam and rising flavours. The food selection, while limited is hearty and locally sourced. The cheese platter, selection of crackers and bison sausage made a light dinner for two combined with a full range of sampling. We were fortunate to have the company of Sass, a long time member of the "les Biberons". He was an amiable and knowledgeable guide through the taps on offer as well as the beers of the world. While this Brewpub is small it has a good pedigree, a fine product and a dedicated owning group. Well worth a visit.“ |

Very small brewpub in the middle of the town, almost in front of the tourisme office and close to Chateau Montébello, street parking only (or if you can, the tourisme office). And when I say small, the patio is bigger than the pub, almost double the size. Tap menu is basically the good, the bad and the ugly. They only have two of their own beers, both of the blonde variety. They do have some solid stuff from Dieu du Ciel, Brasseurs du Temps and Brasseur Illimité, but also sad products from Schoune and Le Grimoire. Food is limited to a couple of peninis and something munch on (I did not eat). Service was nice, but I doubt if knowledgeable. It’s an ok place, but I would not drive all the way there to have a beer!“ |
