“This is a pizzeria that also carries a decent selection of beer. The service was decent. The people were friendly. The beers are decent. It is rather tight as far as seating goes.“

“This place should stick to pizza. Something they can half way do right. The beer is atrocious. Of the 16 or so on, there was one good one. The rest undrinkable. One they claim to be their own, a pilsner, is actually by someone else!! Not even brewed here! Nowhere on their menu does it say that. Talk about misleading. Thats really false advertising. Service is bad. Really bad. As bad as the beer. They are a small brewery. Very small. Like home brew size. Save your money and go somewhere else. Better food and beer is close by!!“

“This is a pizzeria, but they’re trying hard and doing a really good job with their beers. Sixteen on offer when I visited, and all four in my flight were very solid and creative. They also make meads and cysers and offer flights of four one ounce pours of those for seven bucks. And they have guest ciders, with flights of those as well. What more could you want? Pizza was pretty good, more generic American style than New York style. Service was outstanding, Julie from Pennsylvania knew a lot about the beers, was very attentive and generous with samples of both beers and ciders. Keep an eye on thjs place.“

“Pizzeria turned brewery. Food was good although I only had mozzarella sticks. Beer was decent enough. Lunch place.“

“Dedicated parking lot, easy parking. Same quality and portion sizes of food as the Charlotte location. Less taps, but still enough to put a sampler together. Descent prices, easy access to I77. Worth a stop for lunch or diner.“

“For Mooresville this is a gem. The day I went the service was great, even giving my daughter some corn on the cob because she wanted mine. Selection it ok, food tasted good.“

“Originally reviewed: 9/24/10. Stopped here for dinner on my way to Charlotte for business. Next to Cost Plus, so swung by after hitting the store. Walking in, the place is actually much smaller than expected. The bar is in the center. A small horseshoe-shaped bar. The bartenders were not all that attentive, as I didn’t get any help for a bit, and it wasn’t all that busy. I ordered their cheese steak sandwich with homemade chips. I hear that’s what they are known for, but I wasn’t all that impressed. It was a pretty average cheese steak. Their tap list was very nice. Most notably, they had 2 of the bigger Terrapin brews on tap: Monk’s Revenge and Gamma Ray. Also had some Stone, Great Divide, and a decent Belgian list. Good locals represented with Red Oak, Sweetwater, Green Man, Catawba, etc. All-in-all, a decent place for beer and a bite to eat. Glad I stopped.“

“No pub, just the brewery, although they have a pseudo-pub area open for hanging around during the Saturday morning tours. It’s a really cool place, and they have pretty much all of their beers on tap. The tour is less than inspiring, though.“

“Nice tour. Very clean brewery. I can’t remember the tour guides name but he brings you through the process. You are charged $5.00 and you get a small glass and 5 samples. About 11 beers on tap to try. A gift shop to buy merchandise and beer if you want. Overall pretty good beers.“

“Great tour and tasting thanks to John, Gary and Phillip! $5 gets you a tour, a sampler glass and unlimited samples of 7 or 8 beers. They brew and bottle the Carolina Blonde, Cottonwood, Charleston and Mike’s Hard Lemonade brands here. Only the Cottonwood and Carolina Blonde brands are available for tasting. My favorites were the Cottonwood Endo IPA and Sharkbite (also sold as frostbite in the winter). There is also a small selection of brewery souvenirs and you can buy beer to go. (bottles and kegs) The tasting room/store is currently very small but a 60,000 sq ft expansion has already started and a 2,500 hospitality room is included. I’ll be back in the fall after the expansion is complete! Tours/tasting every Saturday from 12:00 - 2:00 pm.“
