“Nice farmhouse brewery, not a long drive from PDX. Pretty basic setup in terms of amenities, a tent for bad weather which I assume becomes a lovely beer garden on sunny days. 14 taps of mostly Saisons and traditional styles. Friendly folks and very good service. Worth the stop if you're passing nearby.“

“Right off 99, but sort of hard to see, in the back of a shopping area. Small covered outdoor patio and decent indoor space. They have TVs with sports games airing. Surprisingly long tap list, 18 beers. They have food too, standard pub food - salads, tacos, burgers, sandwiches. Beer is ok, nothing too special but decent enough.“

“Visited on a nice sunny mid October day Pretty easy to find off a road just north of Newberg. Parking lot is gravel and was almost full when i got there. Lots of couples and young families sitting out side on the haphazerly placed picnic tables. Good peaceful vibe..though i felt old at 53.. Inside , looks like a convreted barn.has a small bar and a few scattered chairs. Not huge tap list..they had 6 on ..the ones i tsted were excellent though. They had some 4 pack cans and only 2 bottles for sale..which i bought. Prices were excellent for such good beer.. Server today wasnt very well educated on the beer..he was filling in for the usual people who were at a fest or whatever. But nice guy. Overall i liked this..again very young crowd“

“One a serene and beautiful place this is. About a 30-40 minute drive south of PDX that is well worth the trip. Located on a farm and just off a highway, this place has a lovely outdoor seating area that is great to chill with some great farmhouse beers. And the beers were indeed impressive -- they certainly know what they’re doing. 8 beers on tap when I visited, and they pretty much nailed them all. Beers available in 6 oz or 12 oz. pours. Friendly service and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.“

“Very cool place. Right on a farm, seated in a beautiful area surrounded by trees. Had seven beers on tap, great service. The beers were all very good, and certainly show great promise as a brewery. What a great new brewery, certainly exceeded high expectations. No food when I was there, but I think they often have a food cart. Not sure if they did samplers and it would be nice if they allowed kids.“

“Big open place. Lots of outdoor space. In a sort of shopping area, not the prettiest but a fun place. The food looked good but I didn’t eat. The beer was mostly old school 1990s pale types. The darker beers were solid. Had 12 of their own taps, ten were on. Also, some good guest taps. All in all, a fun place worth visiting.“

“A brewery and taproom with a half-dozen house beers and an equal number of guest lines. Large open space interior with breweriana and televisions. Beer quality was average to poor with a porter being especially balsamic and sour. Glassware comes frosted straight out of the fridge, which is odd given the location: we’re in the heart of Oregon wine country, so you would think that the drinking culture out here would be long over the idea of frosted glasses. Chehalem Valley is not a place to seek out, and really isn’t worth much time passing through Newberg. If you do decide to stop, cross your fingers that the beer quality is better than my visit, or you may be paying more attention to the guest taps. And try not to ask detailed or technical questions.“
