“Visited Saturday afternoon, 14th April 2023. Party of seven, sat inside at first but moved out when a table became free later: More room outside than in actually. Clean walled shop like place, typical modern Micropub, old shop I expect, like most. Local beers on hand-pull and some local keg stuff too. Busy and friendly.“

“Visited with Margie and some friends on Saturday afternoon; 15th April 2023. Slope down to the actual brewery and bar, we sat on the seats outside on the pavement. Basic industrial unit with concrete being the main material, brewing equipment and small bar area make up the space with a few chairs and tables inside too. Only two hand-pulls these days, with maybe eight keg lines. Friendly barman and decent beer selection, all their own on our visit. Most interesting thing was 'Blue Bird' (think Sir Donald Campbell) being refurbished in a unit on the same road.“

“Brewery Taproom is in an industrial estate unit just up from the Low Lights pub in North Shields. It's basic, but rustic with tables, chairs and even the bar made out of wood palates. Four cask and four keg beers with others on can and bottle. Mostly Flash House beers (very good) and the occasional guest. Food is usually available in the form of Mexican street food. Some outdoor seating if it's sunny. Nice place to hang out amongst the brewery aparatus.“
