“Located on the fringe of Salisbury’s industrial area in an old WWII factory is Ballistic Brewing. Open Thursday evenings through to Sunday, it has a lively vibe to it as well as a good selection of craft beers on tap with a core range consisting of about six types plus they have special/seasonal releases. The staff are friendly with good knowledge of their product. It is family friendly and usually on the weekend patrons and their families utilise the outdoor areas and add to the relaxing atmosphere. Friday to Sunday there is an on-site food wagon which vary week-to-week, as does the live music. Although this venue is out of the CBD area it is well worth a visit.“
