“We stayed at Windsong Lodge, so very convenient for us. There is an outdoor area that looks right at a mountain, but we opted to eat inside. The food was good, but pricey. The place was busy, so very convenient for us. Good size selection of local beers. Prices for beer was a little bit high, but Alaska is not cheap.“

“Dropped in on a Friday afternoon, late tourist season. We had to wait a bit for a 6-top table, understandably. The service was OK, especially by COVID standards, but somewhat uninterested in us. Their food ranged from amazing to sub-par. They only had 5 house brews on tap, plus a guest. They were somewhat surprisingly better than anticipated, but still in the average range. Worth a stop if you're in town. Brewery #915.“

“Really cool brewpub in a small coastal town. The food was good and the beers decent, too. There were 8 or 9 beers on tap; it was getting to the end of the season and they were about to close for winter. It has quite a large indoor space, good for these Covid ravaged times.“

“nice venue, good vibe about it. Upstairs had pizzas available and downstairs had a creative menu. Beers were not good at all. IIPA had a lot of issues, only good one was the gose collaboration with Bleeding heart. Couple of guest taps as well.“

“Three for three at getting a beer destination wedged into the family vacation. Feeling pretty good about that. Fortunately a lot of places seem to have solid food, and Seward was no exception. This is a large old space on the corner, lots of wood, fishing themed decor, brewing equipment on display. Not busy, but then again we were there at like 3PM. Menu is seafood heavy, but includes some kids favorites and a solid burger as well. I ran a flight of six beers, and while nothing really stood out, nothing was truly bad either (other than the weird lager). Definitely work a stop when in Seward - what choice do you have really?“

“A bit pricy but a nice place to eat and drink. 12 draft. Nice selection of various styles. All beer tried was quite fresh and food quite taste. Elegant feel to the place and spacious.“

“Conveniently located in downtown Seward near the waterfront. Attractive brewpub with good food. Four of their own beers were on tap plus a few guest taps. Inked Out Stout was the standout for me and their chili infused hefe was interesting. It might not be worth traveling to Seward just for their beers, but if you are traveling there, it is definitely worth a visit.“

“Decent enough place in Seward (not that there’s a lot of choices...lol!)...décor is cool (definitely love the iron work!)...food is a little uneven...ranging from pretty good to average. As for the beer...well there were only 3 when I visited (really?)...thankfully they were all good to pretty good...none were truly noteworthy though. Since the town of Seward is a an Alaska destination in so many ways...you need to stop here...were it a non-destination...I would tell you not to go out of your way to visit.“

“I’d have rated higher but for the bluegrass music for the first hour. Beer is killer.“

“Very nice location near the heart of Seward. Very nice space with lots of seating and room to move. This is a seasonal brewery so make sure you check the open dates. This year they opened under new owner and definitely a better focus on their beer. Service was great, knowledgeable and if they didn’t know would ask. Selection was only 3 house beers at the time, but you could see by the brewers calender that they should be back up to 5 or 6 soon. They also carried at least 10 guest taps of other Alaskan breweries. Food was very tasty, but as stated a bit pricy. If your sight seeing in Seward, this is a must stop.“

“Had lunch and beers here one afternoon. Located right by the Sealife center. Nice, new, clean place with plenty of table seating and a nice bar area with tv’s, looks like they could eventually open the upstairs as well. Service was very attentive, and knew about the beers. They had 5 house beers which were ok and about few other guest taps. You can get samplers, pints, and growlers to go. Food was pretty good, portion sizes were a bit small for the price but this is a very touristy town, so it’s expected. If you find yourself in Seward definitely check this place out, it is nice now and has great potential.“

“This place is nestled in a tourist compound on the road to Exit Glacier. Large and lodge like, fairly clean. They have a very nice deck which is great for sunny days. Service is just ok, I have never eaten here. About 16 all Alaska beers on tap, mostly run of the mill offerings that you can find most anywhere and a few domestic bottles. Nice place to stop if you are in the area and it’s sunny, there is really nothing else around here except the town of Seward.“

“Went during a weekday afternoon in July 2013. Slow. Nice interior and bar area. Basic blonde/brown/ipa/stout taps-nothing out of the ordinary. The iPA was decent but the stout was served way too cold. Seafood chowder and salmon dish were good. Nice pub but don’t go out of your way to try this establishment.“

“Nice restaurant and bar attached to the Seward Windsong Lodge located on the road to Exit Glacier which is in Kenai Fjords National Park. They have 15 or 16 beers on tap from Alaska and the Northwest. When I was there the lineup included a few from Glacier Brewhouse, Sleeping Lady, Fish Brewery, Deschutes, Alaskan, and Pyramid. The most mainstream thing they had was Redhook and Guinness. When asked, the bartender showed me a few bottles of Heineken and Corona under the counter for those who just could not make the leap! They also have Moose’s Tooth Root beer for the kids. The food is excellent - I recommend the Alaskan King Crab - you have not tasted crab until you have had it fresh. A must stop if in Seward, Alaska.“
