“After several aborted attempts over the last couple of decades, Sinj and its surroundings finally have a brewery of its own - and one located at the very street the Alka knight game is run on each year. It's a tiny place, garage-sized, hosting equipment that put this squarely in the nanobrewery area. A fridge filled with bottles, a fridge with glasses and a tap is what you see. Nothing on tap then, we could buy beers (for a good price, 10kn for 0.33l) but the owner was reluctant to lend us glasses to try the beer immediately. Huh. Okay guy, seems to have a solid business plan considering what he's starting from, which is cool. Basically, the brewery is right now the only place where you might get the beer - a Cali common showing some teething issues, but a good beer to start with - and that's the only thing you or at least we could do at the brewery. I cannot score it higher without perjuring myself, but I hope it grows. I'll definitely revisit it as soon as they have something new and more to show - and if you're in the town, you'd be silly not to go and support a project that deserves our support!“
