“Stopped in here in between breweries. Looking for ice cider, and I found two. Forgot to check the ber selection.“

“Large place towering over the creek next to it, looks like an old mill that's been extensively renovated and repurposed. There is a nice patio out front with umbrella tables and another small patio/deck out back, both with views of the stream. Bar seating inside plus restaurant tables, as well as a small shop selling bottles, T-shirts and swag. Rooms for rent. Super friendly server had good recommendations. First time I've been able to do a flight of six Brett saisons, holy cow! None were as Brett-forward as those at Dunham, but were maybe more approachable because of it. Flights of four or six or full pours of course. Food was tasty pub grub variants. A must-visit in Eastern Townships.“

“A few doors down from the restaurant, with a terrific coffeehouse in between, very important for beer travl. Just four taps here but they're installing a larger system. No food, just beer, to consume in or to go.“

“Stopped in for lunch. Beautiful small town, a bit touristy, but no Americans. I sat at the large L-shaped bar, but there are also plenty of restaurant tables and a small outdoor garden, not used because it was raining. Brewhouse not visible. Large taplist, mostly lagers, hoppy lagers and IPAs. The lagers were fantastic and the IPAs delicious. Food was delicious and in large portions with a tasty daily special. Service was friendly, especially to the locals, but you can tell they're used to tourists. Overall wonderful place.“

“Another fantastic place in Sutton. Big dining room in an early 20th century building, with copper ceiling, good bar area, great attentive service, and a great beer seiecyij. No flights here but 11 ounces glasses available for 6 to 7$ range, and free tasters upon asking. Lots of duck based products here, had the pulled duck and Swiss grilled cheese with Cesar salad and it wasn't fantastic. No WiFi.“

“Such a beautiful place in pictorial Sutton. Old early 20th century building, with wooden decor, open kitchen, super friendly service, excellent beer selection, with 16 taps. Flights of 4 for 14$ or 6 for 21$. Good wifi. Food menu looks great, with risotto, sandwich, burgers, mac'n cheese with shrimps, very nice and decently priced. A must...“

“Visité pour la deuxième fois. 28 décembre 2018. Superbe endroit de bière. Toutes faites avec des Bretts. Service très bien. Bières de qualité. Ambiance relax. Bouffe de très bonne qualité. Je dirais que, après le Trou du Diable et Pub Lupulus, ça arrive troisième dans mes endroits de bière pour la bouffe. Détour à faire si vous êtes dans le coin.“

“Very nice brewpub in downtown Sutton, a small touristic town. Lots of outdoor seating and a very large, pretty indoor restaurant area. They 18 beers/cider/kombucha on tap, most of them their beers with a few guest taps. Their beers are very solid, top level stuff, can’t really go wrong with the selection. Some of the beers are also available in bottle to go. Food was very tasty, well interpreted pub classics with a trendy twist. Service was good for the patio, not much to say here. Prices were decent, nothing particularly cheap but not gouging either. Definitely a place I would revisit.“

“Visited on June 22, 2016, in the afternoon. This brewpub one of only two that have an inn attached to it, the other in Portneuf, west of Quebec City. It’s also one of two brewpubs in this two, the other À L’Abordage just a stone throw away. They are both about the same age, but very different to one an other. Located next to a creek, in a modern wooden building, all grey and one of the tallest in town. The first floor is where the pub and brewery is, with a large patio in the back. Beer was, the only one I had, plus a bottle I drank days later were very well made, is do to the fact the brewer work at Dunham. The service was great, courteous and knowledgeable, he did a good jog of finding out if there was some bottles for sale. The food look good, but I went for the a bit cheaper À L’Abordage. And Sutton is a nice town, it make it even more worth wild going there!“

“Visited on June 22, 2016, for lunch. Nice medium size brewpub in a 19 century house, just a stone trough from Sutton Brouërie, parking in the back and on the street. Courteous service with medium beer knowledge, they are not even one year old, same for Sutton Brouërie in age but with an experience brewer. Has for the beer, I had a Czech Pilsner and a stout, both drinkable at best. I had a chicken burger with fries, good but big portions. In all it’s a nice place, but then there is Sutton Brouërie near by!“

“Visited on a weekday afternoon so it was empty. Little brewpub almost right across Sutton Brouërie. Service was ok a I got a good basic description of the products in service. Selection consisted in 5 of their own beers and a few guests. Tasters are available. Their beers are average at best and lacks refinement but it’s a very young brewpub so there’s room to grow and some pretty good examples of very good beers right across the street so they can definitely get better if they want to. I didn’t try the food. Prices were ok for the area. It’s a weird situation to be so close from Sutton Brouërie as they are being completely outshined by Sutton Brouërie but it’s also the reason I will be back in the area sooner than later and give them another chance.“

“Visited Wednesday May 25th 2016 at lunch. Large brewpub and inn. I haven’t visited the rooms but I have heard great things about these. Beautiful location with outdoor and indoor terrace and the river just beside. Service was pretty good, friendly, rather quick and knowledgeable about the menu. When the brewer saw how many beers I had on the table he also stopped for a fun chat. Really nice brewing philosophy focusing on refined brews rather than "in your face" concoctions. You don’t have to be a beer geek to appreciate the beers - which is good in such a touristic area - but you can be a beer geek an appreciate the beers quite a lot as every house beer is complex and elegant while also being easily drinkable. Selection is pretty good with already 10 of their own beers as well as a few guests taps and a short but well curated bottle list. Sometimes, some of their offerings are also available in bottles to go. All the house beers were really good. Out of 10, my lowest score was 3.5 which is unbelievable for such a young brewpub. All the beer are 100% brett. Food menu isn’t long but quality is there. I had the "tartar of the day" which was deer and was delicious. Prices are pretty good for the area for both beers and food. Tasters are available at 2$ / taster. This place is quite new and already one of the best in the province in my opinion. There’s plenty of good beers to seriously think about renting a room when you visit. Also, it’s only 20 minutes away from Brasserie Dunham and a few nice cideries like Clos Saragnat so I strongly suggest a trip starting in Dunham area and ending here where you can stay for the night. I will be back for sure anytime I’m in the area and I will even probably make it the center of a future trip. Keep up the great work!“

“Beau brouepub situé à courte distance de Sutton Brouërie. Bière correcte sans plus, prix dans la moyenne et service sympathique.“

“Beau grand brouepub qui est aussi une auberge. Une quinzaine de lignes de bières en fût, pour la plupart de micro-brasseries invitées. Leurs bières maison sont goûteuses et bien faites et la nourriture avait l’air très bonne. Un retour s’impose lorsqu’ils auront plus de leur propre bière!“
