“Re-visit, December 2017: Little has changed since my last visit although they have recently introduced an IPA into their core range. All bottles available to take away: Golden, White (wit), Amber, Dark, IPA and non-alcoholic. Picked up some bottles and another glass (they do a lovely 330ml glass as well as a pint-size tankard). Worth chatting to them about beer - I was offered the chance to try a Turkish-coffee stout that one of the brewers had been playing around with. No longer the only brewery in Palestine but still the one most worth visiting.

2011 visit: Pick up a ’servis’ (shared taxi) in Ramallah for Taybeh, chances are if you look Western they’ll know where you want to go! We were dropped at the entrance. The village is in a beautiful setting, we were welcomed into the brewery and the only visitors at the time. Shown a short video of the history of the brewery. We were then given a brief ’tour’ and shown some of the kit. They have a variety of things available for sale including branded posters, towels, glassware, all at great prices. An absolute must visit if you’re in the West Bank. Also recommend visiting the new winery a short walk from the brewery, tastings are available.“

“Visited Taybeh in 2011. Took a taxi from Damascus gate in Jerusalem. Nice brewery tour and the beers were in their best shape, extremely fresh. Very nice place overall, and the historic village its located in is quite interesting. Contact the brewery before you visit.“
