54 /100 Beer Brothers Ubud (Bar) JL. BISMA NO.10 Small bar off the main drag with a limited selection of bottles from Anderson Valley, Deschutes and Tuatara, Duvel at around 8-10$. Shame about lack of "local" beers with only Bintang and international clones. Good for a hop hit with the Heelcha o Hops ! |
60 /100 Bintang Supermarket (Grocery Store) JL. RAYA SANGGINGAN 45, CAMPUS Large supermarket. Mostly macros but also the whole Stark range and also Tubage. |
54 /100 Nomad (Restaurant) JL. RAYA UBUD 35 Decent little place with some nice dishes and a few local beers. No storm as noted in the message below. They ha Bali Hai and Bintang when I was there. |
68 /100 Bebek Bengil (Restaurant) JALAN HANOMAN, PADANGTEGAL Nice affordable restaurant in Bali. Nothing too special on tap however. Pretty much all pale lagers. Food was good though so that makes up for it. |
32 /100 Nomad (Restaurant) JL. RAYA UBUD 35 The Storm brewery no longer (as of this writing) supplies beer to Ubud, according to the server this has been true for the last 3 months due to "licensing problems". Therefore they now only ave the normal swill. |
60 /100 Nomad (Restaurant) JL. RAYA UBUD 35 Nice restaurant in the hideous tourist trap that is Ubud. Has the full range of 5 beers from Storm including the hard to find Tropical Ale. Beer paradise after 3 weeks of Bintang in Sumatra and Java.Food is pretty good too. Standard tourist-inflated prices for Ubud, but expensive for Indonesia. |
