74 /100 TŘEBÍČSKÁ 342/10 Nice place, good service. Good fish food. Selection of 4 Harrach beers (12° pilsner + dark lager + 2 specials). Worth visit if you drive around. |
72 /100 TŘEBÍČSKÁ 342/10 Quite nice place. Fair playlist. Meals were okay, not great though. It's not that far from highway, so why not to stop for quick one? |
78 /100 TŘEBÍČSKÁ 342/10 Brewpub is located quite near the city center, there is a parking in the back. Classic interior with wooden furniture, straw, stone and a water mill wheel. Also some beer kettles. Seems to be very popular with the locals since all the tables were full during lunch time and it's not exactly super small place. We've agreed to have a beer outside and got the beers through window. 4 beers on taps, their classic Ležaks were quite good, I would even say among best ones on our trip. Not a tickers heaven, but worth stopping by. |
74 /100 TŘEBÍČSKÁ 342/10 Tiny little restaurant in a little village right off the highway in the Czech Republic. I made it a pit stop for my wife and I on the way from Bratislava to Plzen. Four beers on tap, standard styles, all done reasonably well. Both my wife and I had a bowl of soup and salad. English menus and English speaking servers. Pretty quaint inside. Worth a stop if you’re on a road trip. |
84 /100 TŘEBÍČSKÁ 342/10 Velke Mezirici is a pain in the ass to pronounce to a bus driver, but the lone beer place that is waiting for you here is definitely worth the effort. The town has few sights but it is all quickly forgotten. The hotel is located by the river, and their food menu has a fish intense theme. The pub doesn’t have parituclarly awesome ambiance, it is ecletically decorated and quiet. It’s the beers that should attract you here though, we had 4 world class lagers that kept us dreaming for the rest of the trip. You can occasionnaly find some outside of this pub (we found it in Brno) but it is rare. Definitely worthy. |
90 /100 TŘEBÍČSKÁ 342/10 Came here expecting good beer, left with an utterly memorable tasting experience. 4 world-class lagers, each with depth, personality (not simply recreations of known styles) and flavor clarity. Astounding work. Had I known, we would have stayed the night and eaten here, but alas we had plans further away in Brno for the evening. Velké Mezirici is not much to look at, but this hotel-brewpub-restaurant may have one of the best brewers in Central Europe right now. Worth a long detour if you are into quality lagers. |
74 /100 TŘEBÍČSKÁ 342/10 Fresh beer and fresh fish. That is basically the idea behind this brewpub. They actually keep the fishes alive right in their basement. The menu also offers the czech classics as well as pastas. Beer-wise, the selection is standard czech: svetle, polotmave, tmave and a rotating seasonnal. All beers were fresh and tasty. Good prices given quality. Efficient service. Awesome interior. Nice place. |
