“Wow, was anderes fällt einem nicht ein wenn man die kleien auffahrt herunter kommt und diesen Außenbereich sieht, toller Blick in den Jungel, bei mir gab es 7 Biere vom Fass, dazu leckeres Essen, super! Also wer auf Guadeloupe ist und hier nicht hin geht ist selbst Schuld! Ich werd ein zweites Mal hin gehen, einzige Kritik-> keine flights“

“What an amazing place. In a quiet neighborhood near the Lezarde waterfall, with a decent amount of parking. The brewery is on the bottom level of a private house where brewers Gilles and Olivier live. Gilles also tends the extensive gardens - three levels of lush seating below the brewery. The one barrel (or so) system of pots is just behind a small L-shaped serving bar, and there are fermenters visible in the back. Eight beers were on offer when I visited, tasty and creative lighter beers, and six of those were available in bottles, oddly enough they use clear glass. Food is quiche, dried sausages a very nice charcuterie and cheese plate, or ice cream made with their beer. People dress up to come here - especially the ladies, who make up at least 50% of the customers - a welcome sign in a craft brewery, not just fat old men like myself. Despite the crowds, the steep steps to the garden, and the large area to cover, they have table service! This is something that no brewery in Charlotte has managed so far. The place "closes" at 19:30, which simply means that you can't get in after that time. But they continue to serve beer and food well past that hour, and the place stayed full until I left around 21:00. This is a must-visit location in the Caribbean, and a reason on its own to come to Guadeloupe.“
