“Wanted to check out the Vicksburg battlefield and figured hey, why not stop at a brewery since there's one in town. This place was busy, beer was generally competently (if unspectacularly) done and service was good. I liked Fertile Ground better, but for a small river town, this place is pretty good. And, like most else in the state, it's cheap. Didn't try the food, but they do have food, too.“

“Located right in "downtown" Vicksburg in the far west of Mississippi, which borders Louisiana and Arkansas. If you're anywhere near here, this place is worth a stop giving the beer desert that is MS. They had over a dozen taps, with custom flights of 4 for $8 plus tax. Beer quality is mostly average, with a couple slightly above average, and a couple below average. My bartender was super friendly. Don't expect much, but it's a decent, semi-modern craft beer bar with their own OK house beers.“

“Visited while in Vicksburg on business. Went on a Monday night and it was empty when we showed up, but slowly filled out on the patio and at the bar. Definitely the best craft selection in Vicksburg. Great prices, great service, good food (sandwiches mostly, and don’t skip dessert).“

“Only decent place for a 100 miles for beer. Food is good Lisa and John are wonderful friendly people. Prices are great $4.00 for an Anchor Steam Porter my all time favorite. I go at least once a week. “
