“Visited October 2018. I stopped by as the nearby local brewery (Driftless) is closed for construction and their website suggested stopping at the Viroqua Co-Op, which happened to be right on my driving route. Nice organic grocery store - friendly, bright, clean, smells like hippies. I used to be the beer buyer at a place like this, so they kind of have a special place in my heart. I didn't ask any beer questions, but the staff was very friendly. They have a pretty good selection for a random organic grocery store in the middle of nowhere. Not big time beer bro releases or anything, but I left with about $60 in just new Wisconsin rates for me... way more and better selection than I can find in Platteville. And that brewery I mentioned? Most of the Driftless bombers were $5 or $6 bucks, which was awesome! I left with a smile and a box full of beer and I was happy! I didn't try any food or anything, but usually places like this have great food, drinks, juices, smoothies, etc. I'll definitely be stopping in again when I pass through Viroqua!“

“Stopped in mainly because I drove right past it want wanted the place tick. Pretty standard small town food-coop, Beer is confined to one small cooler with nothing too special. I did see some three floyds and New Glarus, but that was about it.“

“Small cooler with two shelves of singles and then mostly local six packs. Carries lots of locals: New Glarus, Tyranena, Capital, Sand Creek, Pearl Street, Central Waters. Also carries Bells, Smuttynose, Rouge, and a few imports, including some Belgians. Selection isn’t amazing, but it’s the best unless you want to drive an hour. Don’t drive out of your way to come here, but if you are in the area and need some beer, this is a good place to find some.“
