“New location. Large sleek handsome building near an Amazon locations. Full restaurant and quite busy on a Friday lunch rush. Food menu is decent but nothing quite grabbed me and portions huge, but well done for most part. Tap list was small and pretty much all haze. The coming soon had a bunch more interesting items. Staff was friendly. Little corporate but overall I’ll swing by if nearby.“

“Right near my kids ice skating rink. So excited to have this near my house. Very neat and nicely organized store. Didn’t have too much time but great selection of single cans, lots of cider ( yea back inn cider country) and nice sake selection. Including a koshu I’ll splurge on once I get job. Anyways very cool spot“

“Massive liquor store with a big beer selection. Sells singles, which is always a plus. Considerable bomber aisle with some rarities and out of production beers available. Definitely worth the stop in the Greater Worcester area.“

“Haven't been to too many big bottleshops in the US, do this review might be concidered as a Noob-review. However, I felt really happy coming here. I saw great stuff in the likes of xyauyu , ice cider, cantillon, unique de la senne ( us only, which I Always crave ) , great EU beers allover, actually. Also great Americans. very decent pricings, and the staff was extremely helpfull and friendly. I quite loved this stop !“

“Large place full of foodstuffs and any kind of alcohol you could possibly want. 2-4 aisles of craft beer to the right. Wide selection with some rarities. Employees were available, offered help, and were helpful when help was needed. Prices astronomical, but there is a 15% discount for six or more bottles. Customers are allowed to pull singles from six packs. Overall recommended.“

“A well-organized and well-stocked beer selection, with many local beers (including Jack’s Abbey and Trillium). The staff were quite helpful and pointed out some Finback Chromoscope that I had otherwise overlooked. Worth a detour for sure.“

“One of the best beer stores I have ever been to. Incredible selection. 15% discount for buying 6 or more singles. Tim is the beer manager and was generous with his time talking beer and showing me what not to miss. Worth 30 minute drive out of Boston.“

“This new brewery has a small tap room where they pour samples and fill growlers. They had about 10 of their beers on tap. The proprietors were friendly and gave a quick tour of the brewing facilities in the back. I’m looking forward to going back and trying more of their beers.“

“Great beer store, with tons of good stuff I couldn’t necessarily get around the D.C. area. Lots of locals and stuff from Connecticut and Rhode Island. Also a lot of Lost Abbey/Port, and other good stuff. Good Belgian and Lambic selections as well. Worth a stop if you’re on the way to Armsby Abby or bloody Tree House.“

“Huge liquor store. Huge selection of beer, lots of MA locals, some harder to get ones such as Night Shift for example, lots of bottled Jack’s Abby, very solid selection. They have a beer guy on the floor as well who is very helpful. Prices are pretty standard/on par with what I’ve seen in other shops around. Good place to stock up.“

“Free tastings. Check. World-class selection. Check. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Check. However the only problem here is that shelf items are 10% more expensive than elsewhere. However for convenience, central location and sheer range of ticks this place absolutely rules. Cheers.“

“Feels like a chain, but it isn’t. Huge selection, but mostly beers you can get in any big market. Very friendly staff, knowledgable as well. A little light on New England beers. I feel that the local appeal is that they have a ton of beers. An out of towner is not as likely to be impressed as you aren’t going to find any real whales or exciting ticks.“

“Ventured to this mystical turnpike road, which is a royal PITA to get to on a Friday evening. Once I made it to the parking lot the store has lots of parking, a big warehouse of liquid delicacies. Store help was great, offering to help me find things not available in Ohio and pointing out what was fresh and new to the store. He even was willing to admit when he wasn’t sure or didn’t know the answer, which is a relief. Lots of liquor here, plenty of bourbons for people into that sort of thing. Good selection of beers, and lots of European beers I’ve never heard of or seen. Prices were a bit high but then factoring in the 15% discount for buying a mixed 6 off both 22oz/750mL or 12oz bottles they become reasonable or even cheap. I can see this place being an absolute madhouse on release days, but pretty chill on the off nights. Seems like the beer guys (guess there are 2 of them) really make the place shine.“

“Stopped in on my way out of Boston. In a crappy strip mall. The place is huge. Huge wine selection, huge liquor selection. Cigars, chocolates, gourmet food. Really a comprehensive store. The beer section is huge. Coolers filled with six packs. Plenty of BMC and cases of craft stuff (Sam, Sierra, etc). Import aisle is maybe 50m long and fairly comprehensive. American section is a bit small compared to the imports, but still very nice. Whole rack of ciders and another whole rack of meads. The section that I spent the most time in was the Massachusetts section, which was very big. Plenty of beers I had never seen before. Really solid pricing. I was asked twice if I needed help (I didn’t) and the staff seemed very knowledgeable. Worth going out of the way.“

“Visited: 7-22-12 A: The name says it all, its Julios Liquors, not Julios beer shop. The store is at least 2/3 filled with wine and liquor and the remainder with beer. Its a nice place and not a dump by any means but isnt exactly a craft beer nerd haven. Q: They had some really great quality beers and very little could be seen of BMC crap. S: We walked in at 1030am and didnt head a single word uttered to us until we checked out with our beers. This was also after I asked where to grab a cart and the cashier couldnt evne lift up her head, just pointed without a mutter. S: They had a great selection of New England beers and some other great brewers that get distro in Mass. that we dont see in NY. V: All of their beers were reasonably priced and comparable on certain bottles that I have seen in other places and states for similar beers. Overall, a great selection but dont expect much in the way of service.“

“Large place not too far from Boston. Service is good and staff is knowledgeable. Huge selection, but mostly regular stuff. I was disappointed by the lack of better bottles. Price are quite high, but with the 15% discount when you take 6 or more singles it’s competitive. Good place if you are near, but it doesn’t worth a long trip.“

“Ther service here was excellent and the selection was very solid. Scored a bunch of what I came for (Night shift, jacks abby) and also had some 3 font and tilquin quetsch on the shelf so i grabbed that. Lots of local/regional bottles and desireable stuff. Very nice selection. They were friendly as can be and I got %15 for mixing "six packs" even though most of my bottles were large format. I will be stopping here every time Im near Boston.“

“A large liquor store not far off the beaten path, if you are avoiding Boston and taking one of the outer loops. Julio’s has a large selection of beer and mead, with a pretty good variety of local/regional and Belgians. The prices are pretty good for what I am used to in MD, and the staff is helpful if you need them.“

“Stopped in here the other day for the first time. Great wine selection, great whiskey selection and just an okay beer selection. Very unimpressive and nothing compared to what Hunger mountain or other VT beer stores have. they have a LOT of beer but most of it is just regular beer, nothing special. I didn’t buy any beer and bought some wine instead. Probably the first time I ever left a beer store empty-handed.“

“Julio’s is about an hour away from where I live and I’d heard about it for a few years, so I decided to check it out. While it’s certainly a fine place, I have to admit I was a little disappointed. Selection is really good, but not substantially better than other places closer to home, and the prices are pretty high. Where it really shines is in its helpful and knowledgeable staff.“

“Julio’s has an outstanding selection of rare beers, most if not all available in singles, and that’s the reason that most people trek there. I wish I lived closer to it to be able to jump on their even rarer offerings that they announce via Facebook like Cantillons and KBS, but alas I have to make an hour’s trek each time. But it’s always worth it!“

“Amazing selection of craft beer including several local breweries that are hard to find elsewhere. Very nice selection of mead and cider as well including almost the entire line up of B. Nektar. Staff is friendly and helpful and know what they are talking about when it comes to beer at least (didn’t ask about wine or liquor). Well worth the stop if you are anywhere in the area, could be considered the best liquor store on the East Coast.“

“Stopped in here on the way home from the Festival in Worcester. It was the pick up spot for the first us batch of Westy XII. Well organized and friendly upon pick up... grabbed a carriage asked a couple questions that were answered courteously. Had a great selection of BIG named brewerys like Alesmith, Evil Twin, Bruery,Lost Abbey, 21st Amendment, Great Divide and lots of local brews Pretty Things, High Mighty etc.... some nice Belgians etc etc. The prices were fair on 95% of what i saw but a couple random things were really of base... compared to what I know prices on the same beer from the same importer. Overall a dream shop for anyone looking for a box of new highly rated brews ! Looking forward to passing through there again.“

“Awesome beer selection, some beers I didn’t believe I would ever find in New England. Great selection of hard to find American Craft beers, as well as rare Belgian, Italian, Norwegian, and Danish beers to name a few regions. Highlights were their selection of Mikkelle, Stillwater, De Molen and Struise. I didn’t exactly seek out help because I was just trying to see everything, but wasn’t exactly asked if I need any help either. The first person that I could easily recognize as an employee was the check out kid who rang me up. Not 100% sure about their service yet, but hope to know more the next time. Worth the trip to any beer enthusiast within a 100 mile radius.“

“A very solid beer & liquor store right off I-90. I stopped here on the way into boston & was very impressed with the bottle selection. Lots of imports & great US selection as well. Prices were pretty reasonable and singles were available on the 12oz bottles. An endcap showcasing beers from around New England made it easy to locate beers from some of the smaller regional producers. Growlers from local breweries were available as well. I’ll certainly come here again next time I’m heading through.“

“Best beer store in New England. Selection is rivaled by none with a large stock and tons of rare stuff. They get EVERYTHING, if it ever hits the shelves is another story. Staff is friendly but a but stingy towards non regulars. They almost always have rarities hanging in the back but most of them wont tell you about them unless they know you. You can go in and ask 4 different employees if they have any of a certain beer and get the following answers (No, Sold out, Its all gone, Yea we have a few cases I’ll get you some). That element can be a bit frustrating but you cant beat the selection and the 15% six pack discount.“

“Being from the Canadian east the selection here basically blew my mind and made me wish I had a lot more space in my suitcase. The atmosphere is fairly typical liquor store style with nice display cases, racks and shelves.
