“A very small microbrewery, possibly could be considered a nano, making a diverse array of new and old world beer... rauchbier and weizen versus IPA and pale ale. The brewer is a younger man, who welcomed us into the space to show off his operation. It very much seems like a project brewery. Best to call ahead to arrange a visit. Bottles are known to be sold at two places in Kitzingen: "Kanapee" and "Walfisch".“

“Newly erected (2009) microbrewery in the backyard of the former "Gasthof Goldener Stern" (today just a boarding house, "Pension"); located close to Kitzingen, a part of Franconia, that is otherwise dominated by vineyards… You have to enter the yard and ring the bell; if You are lucky, they will sell You some bottles… Attention: their brews are often quickly sold out! Nevertheless worth a little detour.“
