“Visited on a Friday afternoon in late November and situated a bus ride from Einbeck Salzerhelden this is a nice tradtional venue in the centre of town. Good range of the beers on tap and in good condition.“

“Nice little restaurant in the historic centre of Einbeck, just opposite the famous town hall with its three spires. The restaurant itself is located in a house built in 1552 as the bakers guild house. They serve five Einbecker beers on tap, most notably the unfiltered Einbecker Naturtrüb which is available in two or three places only. Food is rather simple but the Einbecker beers on tap are excellent. I also tried the Mai-Urbock which was creamier and less bitter on tap than bottled. Recommended.“
