76 /100 Duvelshop / Brewery (Beer Store) BREENDONKDORP 66 The brewery is massive, the third largest in Belgium, and it is well put together with a well thought out tour. You get to do a tasting at the end of the tour in a nice bar setup, with all the Belgian made beers of Duvel and their subsidiaries. Very crazy to see and worth the stop if you have time for the tour. The shop is small and a tad over-priced, but all the swag you can imagine. |
78 /100 Duvelshop / Brewery (Beer Store) BREENDONKDORP 66 Visited after a course I had to take in Aartselaar. Walked in to have a Chouffe Houblon on draught. Apparantly, this place isn’t just a bar, but you need to take the tour first. Bartender was friendly enough to offer me a glass anyways. Thanks sir! They should turn this into a bar soon. Nextdoor shop is expensive but nice. |
64 /100 Duvelshop / Brewery (Beer Store) BREENDONKDORP 66 Visited the brewery and visited the pub. Great to visit this holy site of mainstay Belgian beers. Basic tour. Logically only Moortgat products. |
74 /100 Duvelshop / Brewery (Beer Store) BREENDONKDORP 66 I didn’t visit the brewery, but I sometimes go to the shop.
Located next to the autoroute connecting Brussels and Antwerp.
A nice selection of Duvel, De Koninck, Achouffe, Liefmans beers, bottles and memorabilia. The shop is not that big, but that’s only a problem when there has just been a group visiting the brewery.
Prices are rather expensive. |
