“In the quiet town of Blaton is perhaps Belgium’s worst brewery. Across the board, every single beer offered was suffering. Many show obvious problems of care, and nearly all had fermentation issues. The husky, burnt popcorn kernel-flavored stout was the high water mark. As for the setting, you have a few picnic tables on a cozy lawn, across from gardens and chicken coops. Bottles are available to go, out in the light to pre-skunk for your enjoyment. Upon entering the small grounds you have high hopes of artisanal brewing, only to be shown that the operations seems to be a garage project fermenting. Up is down, black is white, dirty fermented beer is "Authentique"...“
