62 /100 Ship Inn (Bar) THE TOFT Wonderful quayside pub part of a row of terrace houses looking out into the Firth. This is an historic pub that is very comfortable and appealing with naturally a nautical decor inside and a popular place to eat and drink. The street it is on is narrow and parking is difficult around it, but if you can get here it’s well worth visiting, although the Scottish influenced selection is more keg than cask. It’s certainly worth heading too if the weather is good as the elevated patio area is across the road from the entrance overlooking the beach, which is used for cricket matches throughout the summer by the pub team! |
