“I am the 5th generation in my family born in St. Peter, and keep driving home regularly from Chicago. St. Peter used to be just another small town with a decent college, and is still doesn’t have many beer geeks. I’m pleasantly surprised to see that this store, on the site where my grandpa used to pump gas and deliver heating oil, now offers such a great selection of quality beers. The staff I’ve asked will gladly check out recent arrivals to see if they might have something on my want list. The coolers on the north wall and shelves on the west wall have lots of beers newer thought I’d see in St Peter (Spaten, Bells, Rogue, Stone, Surly). I found Capital Eisphyre And Odell Woodcut 05 here last year, and 6 different Alaskan beers here this year. They promote Schells, Brau Bros., Mankato, Summit, Cold Spring, and all the other locals, and their prices are within reason. This is now a required stop on my visits to St. Peter.“
