50 /100 72 WEBSTER STREET Small "locals" place. It feels like someone's basement / homebrew bar. Decent selection of beers and better than average prices. The porter is excellent, but I'm not a fan of the other's I've tried. It was very slow so service was good. I didn't try any food. |
72 /100 72 WEBSTER STREET In a touristy section of town. Lots of restaurants here. This place was our destination, but for most people, they used it as a place to wait for a table at one of the busier restaurants on the street. I was impressed with a wide variety of styles, not just IPAs and porters and stouts. I got a belgian strong, quite true to the light strong style, and a winter weizenbock, there was a rare find. Beer was good but not great. Still, it seems worth a stop. Food was bar food. |
