“Joseph is exceptionally beautiful - you know, with the Wallowa mountains being right in-front of your face. Very picturesque. The place itself doesn’t have much going on for it. I’d imagine if you’re eating out, or drinking, on the patio, you wouldn’t really give a shit as to what the inside looks like. There are a few TVs. There are, probably, 5 bar stools, and maybe 10 tables. It’s a small place, but cozy. The service was great, and the selection was decent. I had some wings and I liked them. I’d say this was just a very average place. It wasn’t close to the best in the world, but it sure as hell wasn’t bad. The great service made up for anything lacking here. I’d go back, if I was in town, but I’m not sure when that would actually be. Cheers.“

“We had a dinner here. If you’re in the area this is the place to find a selection of craft beers. The food was okay. We had a pizza. It’s somewhere between delivery and a really good pizza. The server knew her beers, which was good because I wasn’t familiar with some of the local breweries and their beers. I would return if I found myself back here. Maybe get dinner somewhere else and beers here.“

“Oh this place is a kick in the paints. I arrived to Joseph in the middle of summer and the view of the lake and mountains was off the hook. They had 3 beer son tap and where working on more. The food was average pub food and the brews where not too bad. This is the only place for fresh beer in town other than a pub down the street. Check it out they have lots of good specials going on all the time.“

“Missed on my way into town, but caught the sign in the trees on my way out. Right on Main Street in Joseph (on left side when coming into town). Located in a converted one-story house with trees, patio, mixed stone front yard with table seating. Nice natural word feel inside with tables and ~ 12 seat bar. Small brewery located in the garage (window via bar) guessing maybe 5-barrel system. Seems a little more focused on food at the moment and I had some tasty potato skins. Place is fairly new and only had two beers on draft, one of which was a tasty summer wheat using chamomile. The other was an ESB. Some bottles also available from Bridgeport, etc. Seems already established on the food and beer was definitely lacking, but given the tasty wheat I’m sure there will be more to come.“
