| 78 /100 4078 HWY 9 “Visited three weeks after opening. Behind a gas station in what looks like an art deco ex-drive-through restaurant. Spacious interior with the five barrel brewhouse visible along the back wall. Long bar, restaurant tables. Although they ran out of a lot of beer during their opening, they still had six of their own beers and one kombucha on offer plus three guest ciders and a guest beer from Westbrook. All their beers were between 4 & 6% abv. Two bucks gets you a taster, the size varies by beer, either four or six ounces, in two different sized glassware. Beers were very solid for a brand new place. Food is sandwiches. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Well worth the short detour from Spartanburg.“ |
