“Little warehouse out in Magnolia. Good sized crowd. Food (great barbecue) is free with the purchase of a tour - which includes a pint glass and three pours. The pours are to the very top. Very enjoyable experience with very enjoyable beer.“

“The meadery is housed in a 100-year-old farmhouse along a four-lane highway outside of Magnolia. Drive slow as you are approaching or you will miss it. A small tasting room features bottles of the house-made mead, as well as wine from Texas Hill Country wineries. There were four meads available during my visit, but only two were available for sale because they were waiting on labels for two meads. Jon, the owner, was on hand and poured us samples and told us about his future plans. He has some exciting things coming up and plans on trying to increase his production so that the mead is able to enter distribution channels. As the house is very old, it can get quite hot inside. The samples cost $1 each, but all of the samples are free if you buy at least one bottle.“
