72 /100 1510 RESOURCE PKWY First off, the place is absolutely gorgeous. While not over the top or ostentatious, Save The World’s tasting room is more like a winery than a brewery; the setting is picturesque, the decor is great, and the beers rock. Definitely worth a visit; try their beers in their natural setting. |
72 /100 208 AVENUE H Stopped by over Memorial Day weekend. Had four beers on tap, each of which was average to slightly above average. Decor was basic roadside restaurant, with lots of beer art. Had the flatbread appetizer and it was good. Nice place to stop by if you are heading through the Texas Hill Country. |
58 /100 208 AVENUE H Service could be better, especially the knuckle-head teen waiter at the table behind us describing every beer as "hoppy" - I finally had to correct him so the ladies at the table behind me might actually try something.
Ambiance - it’s a roadside steakhouse.
Good selection of brews, though only a couple of standouts.
Food was excellent. |
