64 /100 Cafe Diablo (Restaurant) 599 MAIN STREET Came to Capital Reef for three nights and had two dinners here ( third night went to Hell’s Backbone in Boulder- go there too) and really liked the place. Small place with really good and interesting food. Some craft beers and a good wine list. Prices to drink were very reasonable. IMO is more of a wine stop than beer - good place to have a meal and drink in Utah desert. |
64 /100 Cafe Diablo (Restaurant) 599 MAIN STREET Came here for dinner while on vacation, before heading into Capitol Reefs. The building is clean and new looking, with local artwork on the walls and a fair attempt at a romantic atmosphere. Our waitress was friendly and helpful, but the beer was clearly not her focus, but I wasn’t expecting it to be. She at least knew the drafts off the top of her head. Three pretty normal Utah drafts, and a standard lineup of macro bottles. The food is fancy and delicious. The draft beers are $5, which is surprisingly reasonable. I wasn’t expecting a beer location here, and it’s hardly outstanding, but if you’re looking for a nice dinner out and a craft beer on tap, there’s not many other options here. |
