“nice tasting room not too far off Interstate 81 near Roanoke; spacious place with garage doors that open it up to the outside in nice weather; nice outside seating with picnic tables; inside a fireplace and board games and books; good variety of fairly tasty beers.“

“Parkway is among the better examples of the recent trend in revitalizing some old industrial space into a sturdy brewery. They have fun artwork and a hipster vibe. I was a bit disappointed that they didn’t have much more than their standard flagship beers I can get at home on offering at the source, and then there as a local band playing WAY too loudly for a casual Friday afternoon. Our conversation stifled, and with nothing new beer-wise to discover, we moved on. Brewery #792.“

“This is in a neat old industrial place, engine repair or something, with a large tasting space, picnic style tables, individual tables, a small bar, and a stage for live music. Brewer was pouring the beers with a few helpers. Flights are available, but they choose the four; you can do samples or pints of the rest. Nice mural of the Piazza di San Marco. Beers were decent. Food truck present.“

“Hit the place on Friday evening. Live music, pizza and great beer. To go they had quite limited selection but on taps at least 8 beers. Nice facilities inside next to brewing equipments and a big patio outside. I would love to visit again.“
