70 /100 360 W SPRING ST Large open space in Wytheville. I assume some of the tables were rearranged due to COVID but it’s quite spaced out. Plenty of TVs. There is a dog theme - with paintings of dogs and such on the walls. Beers are pretty good - had a couple ipas, imperial stout, porter. Food menu is basic pub food but it was ok. The beer pretzel and cheese was a bit oily and salty and the cheese was very thin. But my chicken salad was surprisingly good. Overall a good place to enjoy some beers. |
70 /100 360 W SPRING ST Restaurant and brewery in downtown Wytheville. I did not try the food, but the beer was pretty good. They had about a dozen or so on tap and a list of on deck beers that looks like they mix it up a bit. We didn't want to stay since it was in the middle of this COVID pandemic and all of the seating was indoors, so I went in abd purchased several beers to go. They were all pretty decent. I will definitely stop back to try some more. |
86 /100 Graze on Main (Restaurant) 170 E MAIN ST This Bar restaurant is located in a small historical hotel. I don't know who is selecting the beers for these twelve taps but it is always good. Don't miss the Rooftop Perch with bar service, appetizers, desserts and fireplaces and a bucolic view. Great food and a warm hotel. A true gem in the middle of a sea of McDs. |
