“Old building, with a big, open space. The bar is gnarled wood. The bartender is friendly and helpful, and excited about the beer. A solid lineup of taps, and some fun stuff. This is a quality, fun spot.“

“I won a growler here at a virtual beer fest so I had an excuse to visit, as if I need one. Community involvement is key for these guys, they host events all the time, including for the local schools, not just beer drinkers. Large taproom, mainly a serving bar and restaurant tables. Rustic decor. Couple of shaded sidewalk tables outside near the monstrous remnants of what the Army Corps of Engineers did to this town, thankfully all slowly being reversed. Superior service and friendly locals. Great place.“

“Modern restoration of a large industrial building. Long bar and restaurant tables. Small but shaded patio included a bar with an overhead door that opens directly to the bar, my all time favorite patio/bar setup. Very tasty beers and even tastier burgers. Solid stop.“

“Large taproom with overhead doors wide open for good air circulation. L shaped bar and lots of bar tables. Flights of four, decent beers. No food. Plenty of street parking. Nice place.“

“First post Covid review of a newer and very nice brewpub by the bighorn mountains. Really excellent place, newer space, staff were very friendly, food was good, beer was solid. Had flight and tried most on tap. Double ipa was easily best- excellent. The good beers were a gose, light lager, hazy ipa. Ok were a scotch ale, Hefeweizen. I would happily return.“

“A nice new big clean place. We were there on a Wednesday afternoon so not many people at that time. About 8 of their beers on tap. They serve flights.“

“I visited with Patty and Erica as we toured part of Wyoming. Nice big new place. Clean and plenty of room. 10 of their beers on tap. Good to see 5 of them I have not tried before. .“

Star Liquor (Beer Store)

“I stopped in here while on our cross country adventure. They have a decent selection of beer but when I showed up it was all six packs. They say they have a singles bin but I was told nothing was in it for a long time. They do have a fair amount of bombers available. They carry a surprising amount of Italian craft beer. Star has enough local stuff to make a stop worthwhile but I wouldn’t call it an extensive collection. I grabbed a couple six packs and was on my way. They seemed to be in the midst of expanding as a fair amount of construction was going on when I was in. A decent stop in if you find yourself in Sheridan.“

Powder River Pizza (Restaurant)

“A nice surprise in Sheridan. Phenomenal pizza and a very respectable beer menu. Don’t let the online beer menu fool you, they have as nice a beer selection of regional beers in WY and MT as you’ll see anywhere as well as a decent selection of front range beers, esp. Odell and Oskar Blues on tap.“

Star Liquor (Beer Store)

“Your average liquor store. Smallish, has an okay selection of micros including a handful from Wyoming and Montana. They do fill growlers with some of their better beers, however.“
