| 78 /100 Felin Fach Griffin (Bar) A470 “A modern take on a classic wayside inn on the A470 not far from Brecon. If there were extra points for ambience it would get them. Comfy sofas, quiet nooks, waist level open fire between the two main rooms. A pleasant restaurant with slightly erratic but generally high quality food, much locally sourced. Beers are cleverly Welsh with a changing range of Tiny Rebel, Otley and Celt Experience featuring in cask and bottle. Excellent accommodation, 15 mins by car from the book town of Hay-on-Wye.“ |
