“We visited here Thursday 3rd October 2019, it is central on one of the pedestrianised streets, Stadtgasse, there is a sportshop and a Speck Museum close by *yes a Speck Museum, it's a great shop though. Harpf is a larger place than it appears from the outside. You pay at the front of the shop on the right and this part of the shop is more of a deli' though without meats and cheeses. As you enter the rear of the premises it opens out and is probably 3/4 wine but immediately on the left is beer. Quite a lot of Italian beer with Toccamalto and Brewfist but some other smaller producers. There are also a few Belgian beers, including all the Rochefort and a few Austrian and German beers as well. The shelves go very high and there is a ladder for the owner to get something you want from up high, however I couldn't actually see stuff on the top shelves let alone select items. The owner seemed a little indifferent to us, I guess we didn't look well heeled enough to purchase the wines, but he did come across to both of us as having a rather unfriendly demeanour. We selected about 4-5 beers, plus some grocery items from the deli' area and then paid and left the unsmiling owner. It could have been a much better experience, never mind.“

“We visited here Thursday 3rd October 2019, it was pretty easy to find as its located quite centrally, though it is tucked away just off of the main drag on a road called Stegener Strasse, it's sort of diagonally opposite a Eurospar supermarket. It's quite a large place with plenty of seating both inside and outside, it was a lovely clear and sunny day so we opted to sit out. It was quite popular with quite a number of folk eating here. Being lunchtime we also ate and went for the very good Ghoulash Soup, the Pizza's looked great and perhaps we would have gone for one of those but we'd had one last night. Beers were fine, I went for the special which was a Dunkel Weißen, Loz went for the Hefe-Weiss. Inside it was quite modern, reasonably large for a Brewpub and lacking in character a little, bar on the left/ahead as you enter, toilets far right towards the rear. Service was a little slow, it was ok.“

“Best beer and wine shop in South Tyrol by far! Of course you can find a great selection of local and international spirits too. Interior design is dreadfully accurate and well-finished, nothing is left to chance...and Champagne corner is just amazing! For sybarites and beginners.“
