“Slight detour from our trip to Carcassonne. The shop is awesomely divided into beer and games. One wall of beer, some glasses, and some other beer paraphernalia . I was tempted to buy a Lindemans Faro glass but did not. Did buy a beer towel. Had a decent small selection of lambics. I bought a 750mL of Cantillon Bruocsella 1900 Grand Cru for 11 euro. They had Mega Blend and 3F gueze. The standard Belgians, some US beers and other European beers. About 1/4 of shelf space was French. I picked up a few bottles that weren’t ambree or blonde. The (I think) owner, was very nice but did not bother unnecessarily. Spoke ample English. I am glad I got to visit this unique shop and I was in love with the prices and selection.“

“Visited again 2014, allowed me one hour to go through the shelfes this time. Great selection of French and Belgian, also a few others: Brittish, German... and at this time a country tick for me: Reunion. Good prices. And don’t miss out on the Mead selection - small but it was a great but! The owner was very helpfull and no problem with the English. He also poped in a old Red Chimaey for free that I couldn’t date - Worldclass move! First review from Sep 2010: Pritty easy to find except the wee ones at the end. Be there at least half an hour before closing time, on a hot summers day the staff will leave earlier for a beer a the pub close to the shop. They have around 300 bottles and approx 6 of there own ones. Don’t now if got it right but there is brewery and bar in katakombs one block away "conencted" t(not physically) to this shop. Staff was friendly and half skilled in beer. The brewer didn’t talk english so well, but I understood that one of the beers was a mix of Geuze and Stout mmm. Must be a must to try.“

“Beau petit magasin. Selection des classiques bières + allemandes, ainsi que quleques brewdog, américaines ou de molen. Il y a surtout un bon choix de bières de la région, et de lambic/gueuze (cantillon, tilquin, boon, même mikkeller).“

“The place is a bit difficult to join because of "one way" streets as Nisse said too. Good place with choice on local, French and Belgium beers. Some German and us also. Staff is very friendly we had a long talk about brewing, got several beer offered, thanks !“
