“Glad I stopped by. Wide range of styles on tape from a 16% stout to wilds to IPAs, and more. Only allow 3 beers - 6 if you do half pours. I found it annoying that I had to pay each time I got a beer, but what the heck. Walked out with buying 22 cans and bottles to go ...“

“This was just about the only beery place I could find for a meal, since Fox Farm nearby has no food. Strip mall location, som lots of parking. L-shaped bar plus booths and a few restaurant tables. 14 taps, most from Connecticut, from breweries large and small; three from Fox Farm, including one that wasn't available at the brewery. Food was good, portions were large. Very friendly staff. Worth a stop.“

“Since trying their beers in Albany I've wanted to visit. It's a former farm, brewhouse is in the old barn which still has its grain silo. Taproom is here also, plus a handful of outdoor tables with umbrellas. Most of the tables has Reserved signs on them, although people came and went without paying much attention to the signs. Another outbuilding, probably the former stable, serves as a barrel room, and there are more picnic tables nearby plus more tables under a covered side deck. Barman was helpful in selecting bers - they had clean styles plus one farmhouse style on tap, and a bunch of bottles for drinking in or taking away. Sadly no food or food trucks. Some beers were terrific, some were too tart for me. Worth a trip here from pretty much anywhere.“

“How on earth does this place only have one review? It's literally on a farm, but it's Connecticut so it's within an hour of like everything else in the state. They do a bit of everything but sours, lagers and IPAs seem to dominate, but everything they do is just spot-on. Table beer? Check. Kolsch? Just the right amount of just the right notes. Rauchbier? An excellent one. Just some terrific beer in a beautiful setting. They do some of the best work out there.“

“Small brewery in the Eastern CT. They have pretty large selection of IPAs, sours, pilsners, and dark beers. Some beers are in cans and bottles as well. Every beer was at least very good and staff was friendly. Overall highly recommended if you're around.“
