| 60 /100 Angler’s Rest (Bar) MEADOW LANE “Visited on a Friday lunchtime in October 2015, this pub is down by the river, just off the main road, it’s a nice spot. It’s a nice old pub, not quite as traditional as others in the area though. Woe betide anyone arriving in walking boots, first question as we walked in, not really looking like hikers. 4 beers on tap that were in good condition. Staff were friendly once discovered we were on clean public transport. It’s on the bus route from Litton to Buxton. Nice spot but visited better on the trip.“ |
