64 /100 Waterloo Inn (Bar) 30 WATERLOO STREET, STOKE Great vibe on a Saturday afternoon, and we were well received by the guests, barmaid and the pub dog. L-shaped bar room in addition to a pool and dart room and a beer garden. Old school pub with tainted windows. Well kept cask beers from Hunters, Skinner’s and Sharp’s at our stay. Right kind of rock music in the back like Jam, Stooges, Talking Heads and Undertones. It’s situated in the Stoke suburb, northwest of the city center. Highly recommended (Visited with Finn 24.09.2016). |
62 /100 Lounge (Bar) 7 STOPFORD PLACE A local, well-kept suburban pub in a classic British style. Dark wood panel walls and carpeted floors in a darkly lit room. Friendly and welcome service and atmosphere. Patio at the entrance. Six cask ales mostly from regional breweries like Cottage, Hunters, DBC, and Skinner’s. Music free at our stay.
