Seabirds Inn (Restaurant)
TOWER STREET
“Probably the best pub we found on the Flamborough headland, not that it’s up against great competition this being a very seasonal seaside holiday area. It’s been recently refurbished in the modern gastropub style, but the food is traditional pub grub done really well (the Sunday Roast was excellent). There’s a posher restaurant area out the back and a more informal bar area at the front, but both are very much dining oriented (and you may need to book, especially on Sundays). The staff are incredibly friendly, cheerful & attentive; you feel really welcome here. There are 2-3 real ales on handpump (depending on season), all are guest beers on rotation, one from a large regional or national brewer and two from local micros (often Wold Top seasonals). The casks were in very good nick on our visit, and were joined (slightly unusually) by Belhaven Black on keg. Tickers aren’t going to go out of their way to drink here, but as I say if you’re on the Flamborough headland it’s probably your best option for both food and drink - and definitely the best option for friendly staff.“
