| 54 /100 95 CHEETHAM HILL RD “The pub of the brewery as the ales are made just a stone’s throw-away on Empire Street. This pub is not difficult to find as it occupies the corner of a large red-brick building on Cheetham Hill Road just after the swanky new buildings that make up the Green Quarter. This is a quiet place and the high ceiling open plan serves to enhance what can be a solemn place to sup in the afternoon. There’s nothing spectacular about the place but the soft-furnishings including tied-back curtains in what is a period building for Manchester give it some interest value. The brewery’s own ales are available which is the other reason to come here.“ |
