A hazed amber ale with orange hues, and a thin off white head. In aroma, weird mix of currant and sulfur, nice and pulpy. In mouth, a light refreshing fruit beer, with light berry jam, smooth. Bottle at Mondiale 2012, June 7 2012.
@Mondial de la Bière 2012, Montreal - hazy copper-amber beer; poor head retention; strong aroma of blackcurrant; sweet and thin-bodied; dry and tart watery finish with lingering notes of blackcurrant - nothing for me
Dark red pour, pink head. Aroma of tart berries, and mint. Low carb, soft mouthfeel. Very sweet flavour, lots of berries, tart cherry, and more herbal mint. Low bitterness, sweet fruity finish.
