Notes of mandarin oranges and grapefruit. Dry dry body, hoppy as hell with good bitter finish. Nice.

Elle est vraiment légère et plutôt fruitée et un peu amère. Bonne session ipa!

Euston Tap, London. Keg. Creamy white foam, bright and mostly clear light gold. Snappy, corny pils like background. Grassy hops, with a vaguely tropical and orange pulp note. A bit fizzy, and says again corny lager. This is odd and isn’t working for me.

Keg at Heidrun, Wycombe. Gold with a thin white head. Grapefruit aroma and flavour with some tropical sweetness. Could be better if it wasn’t so thin. One of the many brews one thinks could be much better on cask.

Tap at Camden Town Brewery bar in Kentish Town. Aromas of tropical fruit and plum. Slightly cloudy, golden body and a white head. Taste is soft bitter with notes of sweet tropical fruit. Good beer!

Keg at the Vanbrugh, Greenwich. Gold pour with a white head. Grapefruit, lemon sherbet, lemongrass and light spice aroma which segues nicely into the flavour. Nice.

On tap at the Sussex Ox. This was a great surprise, after a day driving around the countryside. There’s a substantial hop aroma, with grassy and fruity notes dominating, that completely dominates. Very light malt backbone that finishes dry, allowing the hops to take the spotlight. Really well done.
