UPDATED: JUL 27, 2023 300ml bottle.

UPDATED: APR 23, 2022 300ml bottle from Japan Centre. Clear, very pale yellow colour, no head and aroma of rice, fruity, melon, alcohol. Taste is rice, fruity, melon, some caramel and boozy notes. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, drying grassy boozy finish. Quite drinkable.

UPDATED: APR 1, 2019 off-clear. strong alcohol with melon and sweet notes, licoricey, bits of the floral scent in most chinese distilled alcohols big aroma but not expected or really desirable for sake. taste is straight-forward sweet-rice, koji. body somewhat watery despite taste perception of heavy sugar content. not what i wanted.

Bottle. Pours clear. Big melon and soft fruit on the nose, starchy rice and a bit of sweetness, a hint of odd esters. Medium bodied, warm and smooth with a slow burn and a bit of old melon rice notes. Drinkable.

labeerinthum (7904) - Milano, ITALY - FEB 12, 2018
Bevuto a temperatura ambiente.

My bottle is smaller and with red glass but for all I can tell this is indeed the same sake. Clear pour slight mineral tinge. Nose is light honey and stone fruit. Tastes of stone fruit, floral, honey, tangerine candy. Little syrupy and watery. Smal hints of alcohol but more rice milk on finish.

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing!
Pours clear colourless, no head. Aroma of medium dry mellows, not too sweet. Taste of medium dry yellow fruits, boozy, clear rice, burning alcohol, overall nice!
