UPDATED: APR 6, 2023 Bottle. Clear dark amber. Beige head. Roasted malts. Mild sweetness, prominent bitterness. A little one dimensional. Okay.

UPDATED: JUN 13, 2022 Bottle, thx P! 6%, says it's an amber ale. Might have to split this, might not. Dark amber body, brownish, off-white head. Caramelly aroma, lightly earthy, big honey, not unpleasant. Honey-driven taste, literally, almost meady, chestnut honey, somewhat caramelly, slick. Now this is a surprise. If not for the odd dogfood note in the finish, this would be nice.

Appearance: pours clear copper with good off-white soapy head and lacing. aroma/taste: barley, bread, light caramel, hay, fruity and floral notes. palette: medium malty aroma, average carbonation, medium body, medium sweetness, balanced by a medium bitterness, average duration, light sweet finish and a watery texture. Overall: Solid amber ale

UPDATED: MAR 24, 2021 50 cl. bottle at home. Bought at Craft Makers Collective. High creamy and lasting off-white head. Clear dark brown body. Mild rye bread aroma with caramel. Sweet caramel dominated roasted malt flavor with fruity notes, fair amount of hops bitterness, low carbonation and a long sweet finish.

UPDATED: MAR 3, 2021 Mørk ravfarvet med fint brunt skum. Duft af karamel. Smag af karamel. God fylde og let bitter. En virkelig god øl.

UPDATED: MAR 14, 2020 Amber with a lasting creamy white head. Clean malty and fruity aroma with rye bread, crackers, dates, figs and orange peel. Sweet malty flavour with fruity notes and a mild bitter finish.
