UPDATED: JUL 5, 2020 Thanks Luigi to give me this beer from the dining car of the Swiss railaway. I have tried this beer, during the last week, at home, at Epalinges, during the supper. The body is yellow/gold/grey and troubled with an average carbonation, white foam. This beverage is rather original, it is not a classical witbier, this one is rather tropical with notes of ginger, herbal side, dry, fruity and sparkling with a side of cardamon, classical hop, wheat and malt.

UPDATED: APR 26, 2019 Butelka. Piękny aromat korzenno pomarańczowy. W smaku kwaskowe ale wytrawne. Smaczne i przyjemne.

Bottiglia. L'olfatto viene sollecitato in maniera normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. La carbonazione è bassa. Il liquido appare velato. La carbonazione è praticamente piatta. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è medio. L'intensità gustativa è normale. La costanza gustativa è sufficiente. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sul tetto della bocca si depositano indizi di frumento, cereali e banana.
