Durante il processo di produzione il dosaggio a freddo dei luppoli, delle varietà Amarillo e Cascade (nelle percentuali 75% – 25%), dona a Flying Cloud un gusto unico e un aroma intenso e leggermente amaro. Oltre ai toni tipici delle Ale (con sentori di uva passa, fiori e frutti), questa IPA rivela un intenso aroma luppolato con punte di agrumi e mandarino. 14°
