Actual sweetness: low Perceived sweetness: low-none Actual bitterness: moderate-high Perceived bitterness: moderate Finish and quality: brief-medium, hop-forward, a hint of hop astringency but still balanced. The quality of the finish was excellent. Overall, a nice expression of the style, refreshing, bright, hop-forward without being sweet despite the aroma impression of ripe sweet citrus.
