UPDATED: JUN 11, 2022 hazy pale yellow colour, white head; aroma and taste of bready-bread crusty, quite intensive banana, lemony, lemon zesty and slight orange peel notes; somehow a mixture of a Belgian witbier and a German weizen - being a bit closer to a weizen

UPDATED: OCT 13, 2019 I have purchased this beer, at the cave à bières, Yverdon. Enjoying and judging this bottle, at home, in Epalinges, before the supper. The color is a bit a surprise for the style with a orange/brown body, troubled, huge white foam and it was simply overcarbonated. This side of carbonation is too strong and you smell that point during all the sips, interesting notes of orange peel, coriander, floral and herbal, discreet hop, the wheat and the cereals are hidden by the carbonation, giving a side a bit disgusting, drinkable.

Not bad for the "Mountain View" of .. Tévenon !

Bov (14982) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - AUG 5, 2017
from la Cave à Bières - light hazy dark blond with a good head retention; solid spicy aroma where the cardamom dominates; notes of wheat and hay; smooth palate, subtle carbonation; a good malt backbone; light earthy and long wheaty finish with lingering spicy tones - ok yet a bit heavy
