UPDATED: MAR 15, 2023 Bottled (from KCM Pirkkala, Tampere). Slightly hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is grains, some herbs, earth and mild floral tones. Flavour is herbal, floral, and some mild bananas in the background. Like a Pilsish wheat beer or something.

UPDATED: DEC 4, 2022 Aroma; sweet malts, mild citric fruits, fruity grain, sweet hay. Look; off white dense head on misty pale yellow golden body. Taste; sweet malts, mild citric fruits, straw, dough, bunny caramel, sap, and finishes gently malted. Feel; okay body and normal co². Overall; alright easy hefe. [bottle 50cl, B@vacation, T@home].

UPDATED: JUN 8, 2019 Pours murky light yellow with small head. Aroma has notes of grain, yeast, lemon and bubblegum. Taste follows the aroma. Sweetish and mild overall. Typical banana flavour is missing. Very moderate floral bitterness at the finish. Soft carbonation. Not bad, but didn’t meet my expectations for a decent hefeweizen. (Poured from a 0,5l bottle, brewed on 09.05.2019)

UPDATED: NOV 30, 2018 50 cl bottle. Brewed at 07.06.2018. BBE 31.01.2019. Pours pale hazy golden color with a huge frothy head. Aroma is quite citric and spicy, even some faint green apple notes. Flavor is very fizzy, citric, some faint yeast and wheat notes. Not very balanced, too sharp citric. 3333

Aroma has bubblegum, wheat yeast and some banana. Flavour is surprisingly tart with herbal tones, bubblegum, some bush leaves and some lemon. Very foamy palate. Not that good, the tartness does not fit in.

Cloudy - hazy medium orange colour with a average to small, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, bread, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, weizen yeast, light banana. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, wheat, weizen yeast, fruity yeast, light banana. Body is medium, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20180704]

Bottled at Ølhus København, Helsinki. Cloudy golden, small head. Bready nose with hints of banana. Mid sweet with light-medium body and clean, rounded, lightly oily mouthfeel. Fruity and bready. Low bitterness.

A very light yellow beer, a head is white and almost medium. A mild aroma has wheat, some fruitness of lemon. Taste has wheat, very low fruitness, some mustyness in the end. Light+ bodied. Overally, too mild and the good hefe should be more refreshning.

Simple light pale wheaty aroma, with some other pale grains. Taste very similar - dull pale wheaty grains. No esters, no banana, no toffee, not a good example of a Hefe.

Light yellow, a bit hazy beer with medium, but stable white and cloudy head. Aroma has yeast and citrus & bubble gum. Taste has citrus, yeast and pepper. No banana. Light body. Not much to do with hefeweizen, but easy and nice, refreshing beer after sauna.
