From tap at Craft Beer Festival Thun 2018. Dark brown color with a beige head. Raspberries all over in the aroma with some roasted malt and chocolate in the background. Medium-full body with a light sweetness, a light bitterness and a light fruity acidity. The flavor is a nice melange of raspberries and lightly roasted malt, chocolate, some burnt notes. Not very complex but balanced and pretty good. Aroma: 8 Appearance: 4 Taste: 7 Palate: 4 Overall: 15
